Detailed Proximity description:
Proximity is an intriguing strategy game based on well.. proximity. As you place numbers on the board at a rate of just one per turn the numbers that touch your piece will be changed to your color if the number ( or "value" if you wish ) is less than the one you just placed. For example if you placed the number 5 next to a bunch of number 1s you would convert these numbers to your color and they are also pushed up a digit making them a bunch of 2s. This of course is what the opponent does to your pieces and there is a real strategy to the placements of your numbers and the choice of strategic value and locking in territory for victory. Victory being the amount of territory gained being the largest. The number tiles are given at random so you are not able to choose values so a bit of luck is involved but overall it is a game of skill
